This is an awesome pre-formatted list, in fact, it’s The Ultimatest.
Below are the best pre-formatted grocery lists ever created. I made them just for you—and they’re free. Print ’em out, hang ’em on the refrigerator door and mark ’em up before you go to the grocery store. We have comprehensive versions for both meat-eaters and vegetabletarians. Links are below.
And now there are fully-editable PDF and spreadsheet versions of the Deluxe list. That means that if you don’t have pets or kids, for example, you can edit those sections to be something else. If an item wasn’t on my pre-formatted list, now you can add it then print it out. How awesome is that? No customer support is offered. If you want to permanently edit the customizable PDF file you will need to buy Adobe Acrobat. Otherwise, edit it as you need then print it a bunch of copies. Enjoy.

The list is awesome! you don’t even need to right a whole list out.
This is a great idea. I love that it is just one page!
Can we post a link to this from our website, http://www.groceryalerts.ca
It is so comprehensive your list.
This is fantastic! Thanks!
My thoughts: Litter… Why have checkboxes if they expect it to be used again? … Far too much unnecessary stuff … not good for anyone on a budget.
The grocery list pdf file would not download after countless attempts!!!!!!!
i print out a copy of this list and i check off what i already have in the house..then i bring both with me..
what i have to get and what i already have..sometimes you think you need something and forgot to check it off but this way i know
Wow! Superb man! I wish I’d discovered UGL sooner my tomodachis (very good friends in Japanese. I am into anime in a big way so I use Japanese terms all over the web)!
This is a wonderful stockpile of ideas for stocking up the old larder. Really useful even though our supermarket’s less than a kilo away from home. I always hate to remember what I forgot after we get back home from the shop, don’t you? Now with this handy lil gem that will never happen again thank Kam (God)!
I will be doing all the family shopping now since Mama passed away on 26 June and now it’s just me and Bobby my 54 yr old brother on disability. My birthday was 8 July and I am a spry 61 although I feel like Ichigo Kurosaki and Kagome Higurashi (anime characters from Bleach and InuYasha resp. and both are 15 year old schoolkids) so like I always say you’re only as old as ya feel baby!
Kudos on this great website and domo arigatou (thank you so very much) for this downloadable perpetual grocery shopping list. I just saved it to my hard drive and printed out a dozen copies of it. I’ll hang them on the fridge door and check off what we need as soon as we run low on it. Then it’ll be mere child’s play to grab the list when it’s shopping time.
Although I don’t use a mobile unit er cell phone myself for those who do this list could be DLd to your phone and you’d never forget to bring it with you to the market. I have eidetic imagery (photographic memory and total recall) but even that sometimes gets mucked up so this list is a blessing!
Sayonara for now and see ya soon- keimanzero the Scion of Anime in Brookhaven PA-USA(JKMc)
