Dishes bought at the grocery store — a licensed facility — made with those ingredients would be permitted in school. While it could mean the end of parent-provided casseroles at teacher appreciation dinners and homemade food for Spanish class fiestas, the head of the committee who put together the new regulation insisted most people have been following these rules anyway.”
